INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.” Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks. The plans are NOT a health insurance policy. Savings plans are not intended to replace health insurance. The savings received will vary by plan, service, zip code, and provider. These plans are not considered to be qualified health plans under the Affordable Care Act. The DMPO does not make payments directly to providers of medical services. The DMPO is listed within the plans details. The plan provides discounts at certain health care providers for medical services. The plan Participant is obligated to pay for all health care services but will receive a discount from those health care providers who have contracted with or through Access One.
